Major Areas

• Health Resort: Two main buildings (West Wing, East Wing) plus the central lobby. Dense key-required room loot.
• Pier: Fishing dock on the southwest beach. Pier Boat extract.
• Village: Small residential cluster. Modest loot, fewer players.
• Gas Station: Central fuel depot. Smugglers and scav traffic.
• Radio Tower: Elevated sniper position — exposed but great sightlines.
• Tunnel: Underground sewer tunnel connecting areas.
• Weather Station: Newer expansion area with keyed buildings.

The Boss

Sanitar & His Guards

Sanitar is a medical-themed boss patrolling the Health Resort. Two guards. He heals himself mid-combat via injectors, which extends fights dramatically. Spawn chance around 35%. Drops medical loot, a guaranteed rouble drop, and a chance at LEDX and keycards.

Fighting Sanitar in the Resort corridors is CQC and deadly. The advantage is that his guards have consistent patrol nodes — you can isolate them if you're patient and the raid is new.
